Rhoten Appointed at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (March 23, 2020) – Lyn Rhoten has been appointed to Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Mutual of Omaha. She provides legal advice and counsel to investment and finance operations on contractual and regulatory matters, including negotiating investment and financial transactions.  

Rhoten joined Mutual of Omaha in March 2020. Before joining Mutual, she was Vice President, Securities Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at ConAgra Foods, Inc. Rhoten has practiced law for more than 20 years at several law firms, including Kutak Rock, LLP; Koley Jessen and Holland & Knight.  

 She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and her law degree from Creighton University. 

 Rhoten serves on the board of directors of the St. Cecilia Education Endowment Fund.
