Perry Promoted at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (July 12, 2022) – Erin Perry has been promoted to Vice President of Service Delivery Enablement at Mutual of Omaha. She oversees and provides direction on transformational initiatives which have a positive impact on the service and delivery methods for associates and customers. Perry partners with key stakeholders and business leaders to address business challenges and provide innovative solutions designed to achieve organizational goals and objectives for the Service Practice and Segments Agile Release Train.  

Perry joined Mutual of Omaha in 2006 as a Senior Business Systems Technician. She supported product development processes for Individual Life & Annuity Products until moving into her current position. 

Perry earned a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and a master’s degree from Bellevue University.
