Kammeyer Promoted at Mutual of Omaha
OMAHA, Neb. (Oct. 11, 2022) – Hallie Kammeyer has been promoted to Vice President of Workplace Solutions Strategy, Innovation and Communication at Mutual of Omaha. She provides leadership, direction and technical expertise in segment strategic business planning, portfolio management, innovation, strategic discovery and business case development, internal communications, and culture strategy. Kammeyer is also responsible for segment specific long and short-term planning, talent management, budgeting for and controlling expenses, and continuous improvement.
Kammeyer joined Mutual in 2008 as a Human Resources Specialist partnering with business leadership on human capital needs. In 2013, she moved to Workplace Solutions where she held various roles focused on project management, organizational development, change management, process improvements, business planning, portfolio management, strategic discovery and business case development, communications, and leading culture initiatives. Before Mutual, Kammeyer was a Human Resources Manager at Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
During her time at Mutual, Kammeyer has played an active leadership role in the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy, leading the Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group board as president in 2017 and serving on the DE&I Council since 2019.
Kammeyer received her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certifications.
