Chen Appointed at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. – Mindy Chen has been appointed Vice President of Segment Analytics in Income & Wealth Planning at Mutual of Omaha. She will lead efforts to better understand Mutual’s customers’ experience, find ways to use data to make strategic and operational decisions, and help uncover market trends and opportunities.  

Chen joined Mutual in 2023. Before joining Mutual, she was the Senior Director of Decision Science at Hudl. Before that, Chen led Business Transformation Programs at Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society and Shopper Insights at Frito-Lay, Inc. 

Chen earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree from Stanford University.
