To pay by phone, call Customer Service at 1-877-770-9808, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Eastern Time. TTY users, call 1-866-544-2982. Customer Service can also arrange to have your monthly premium payment automatically deducted from your Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board benefit check.
