Over the Phone

To pay by phone, call Customer Service at 1-877-770-9808, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Eastern Time. TTY users, call 1-866-544-2982. Customer Service can also arrange to have your monthly premium payment automatically deducted from your Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board benefit check.

If you prefer to mail your payment by check (do not send cash), make your check payable to: Omaha Health Insurance Company.
