Moats Promoted at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. – Mutual of Omaha has promoted Michelle Moats to vice president of operations for Health and Annuity Solutions. She ensures alignment across underwriting, service and the agile release train to translate strategy into processes and technologies that enhance performance, strengthen risk management and support the company’s growth goals.

Moats joined Mutual of Omaha in 2012 as a distribution services analyst and has advanced through multiple leadership roles, most recently as director of distribution operations with direct accountability for the producer management and compensation experience.

Moats has more than a decade of operational and leadership experience, with deep expertise in distribution operations, operational excellence and enterprise-wide process alignment.
