Giguere Appointed at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (May 16, 2023) – Shawna Giguere has been appointed as Vice President of Workplace Solutions Service Operations at Mutual of Omaha. She oversees the Workforce Solutions Service Teams including National Accounts, Regional Services, Implementation and Dental Call Center. Giguere’s teams provide consistent and reliable services for group customers with a focus on continuous improvement through people, process and technology. 

Giguere joined Mutual in 2023. Before Mutual, she held several leadership roles at Unum Group, most recently Associate Vice President of Client Services. Giguere was also Vice President of Professional Services at Systems & Software.  

Giguere earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Husson University.
