Forbes Names Mutual of Omaha One of America’s Best Employers for Company Culture 2025

OMAHA, Neb. – Forbes magazine has recognized Mutual of Omaha as one of America’s Best Employers for Company Culture 2025. The company ranked #6 overall and #2 in insurance in Forbes’ inaugural list. This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

The evaluation was based on personal evaluations, public evaluations and company culture-related KPIs (e.g., fairness, acceptance, opportunity, etc.).
