Mutual of Omaha Names Ganesh Subramaniam Vice President of Engineering and Applications

OMAHA, Neb. – Mutual of Omaha named Ganesh Subramaniam vice president of engineering and applications, where he leads technology for the company’s Workplace Solutions business segment.

Subramaniam joined the company in 2026 with more than 30 years of technology leadership experience across insurance, financial services and consulting. Before joining Mutual, he served as Head of Strategic Initiatives at Guardian Life and previously held senior technology leadership roles at Chubb, Covance, Aricent and GE Capital.

Subramaniam earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
