Martz Appointed at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. – Mutual of Omaha has appointed Kate Martz to Associate General Counsel.

In this role, she provides internal legal counsel and manages a broad spectrum of litigation and pre-litigation matters.

Before joining Mutual, Martz was a partner at Baylor, Evnen, Wolfe & Tannehill, LLP in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Martz earned a bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Martz is actively involved in professional and community organizations, including serving as a Chair of the Future Leaders Practice Group for a global legal network and as a board member of the Nebraska Legal Diversity Counsel.
