Hargus Promoted at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. – Mutual of Omaha has promoted Andrea Hargus to vice president of human resources. In this role, she develops talent strategies with business objectives to ensure future readiness for associates and leaders.

Hargus joined Mutual of Omaha in 1998 and has served as associate HR consultant, HR consultant, HR manager and director of human resources. Previously, she was an equal employment opportunity investigator at the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission.

Hargus earned her bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and her master’s degree from Central Michigan University. She is currently a board member of Heartland Family Services.
