Forbes Ranks Mutual of Omaha 34th Among Best Large Employers Nationwide

Mutual Ranked as Best Large Employer Based in Nebraska; Recognized for Fifth Straight Year 

OMAHA, Neb. (Feb. 20, 2023) – Forbes magazine has ranked Mutual of Omaha 34th on its prestigious list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2023. The Forbes ranking also recognizes the company as the top large employer based in Nebraska and the second highest ranked large employer nationally in the insurance industry.

The Forbes ranking is based on a survey conducted by independent research company Statista of 45,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 5,000 employees. Survey participants are asked how likely they are to recommend their employer and are asked to rate their companies on factors such as working conditions, development opportunities and compensation.
