WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
  • Project Manager I: $95,000-$115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Project Manager II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serves as an Agile Scrum/Project Master and process expert in a Scaled Agile environment, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful Program Increment planning and execution. 
  • Builds and leads high-performing teams, including building strong relationships with product owners, solution leads, stakeholders, customers and other team members. 
  • Manages run, grow and transform work including the management of project charters, budgets and measurements.   
  • Facilitates day-to-day work coordination, prioritization, and removal of impediments. Tracks work status, manages issues, and evaluates progress, quality, and costs. Facilitates continuous improvement/growth plans for the team. 
  • Represents team projects to IT and business partners by presenting summarized views to large groups of stakeholders and responding to questions. Facilitates and represents stakeholders in quarterly planning activities. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT including managing project planning, execution and delivery, financial analysis and problem resolution.    
  • 2+ years of Scrum Master Experience: Leads and facilitates Scrum events and ceremonies, removing impediments, and educating/ensuring teams follow Agile principles.   
  • Strong communication and documentation skills including experience with JIRA, Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite.  
  • Experience defining issues and opportunities for innovation, business and technology needs, and implementing solutions. 
  • Ability to manage work across technologies, domains and business functions, including understanding comparative business values and negotiation of prioritizations.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

 

PREFERRED:

  • General knowledge of the SDLC in a Java-based environment.  
  • Project Management, Scrum Master, and SAFe certifications. 
  • Servant leader mindset including supporting and developing team members, facilitating collaboration, leading by example and prioritizing the team’s success.
