This role will own asset governance, license compliance, contract lifecycle and renewals, cost optimization, and audit readiness. As an IT Asset Manager, you will mature ITAM/SAM processes, standards, and reporting—driving trustworthy data, financial transparency, and risk reduction across the enterprise.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

- Implement and enforce software license governance; mature the overall Asset Management governance practice; monitor entitlements, usage, and renewal cycles; lead/support publisher audits; manage vendor contracts, scorecards, renewals, and negotiations to ensure optimized terms, cost, and risk posture.
- Develop and maintain ITAM policies, standards, and workflows; drive continuous improvement through lean/agile practices; measure outcomes – not activities and stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to advance ITAM program maturity.
- Partner with IT Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and optimization initiatives; deliver executive reports on inventory, compliance, spend, and savings; support chargeback/showback; and collaborate across IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5+ years’ experience managing in an ITAM/SAM function or similar IT operations team.
- Deep knowledge of HAM & SAM principles and publisher licensing models

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Organized, outcomes-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certifications: ITIL, CHAMP, CSAM, CAMP, CIPS, or equivalent.
- Experience maturing an ITAM program and navigating publisher audits.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 19770 standards for ITAM.
