Every associate goes through an immersive, inspiring two-day culture workshop called Mutually Connected. And when we say every associate, we mean everyone including the CEO and senior leaders. Associates leave armed with practical tools to help live out our values on a daily basis.

Mutual is home to nine Employee Resource Groups, consisting of associates who have joined together around shared characteristics or life experiences. Each group focuses on creating awareness and programming to improve the diversity, equity, and inclusiveness of our workforce, workplace and business.
