As an Associate Product Owner/Product Owner, you will partner with cross‑functional delivery teams, business stakeholders, and Agile Release Train team members to prioritize and deliver enhancements to our Workplace Solutions Digital Experience platform. You will own and manage the team backlog, define features aligned to the digital user experience vision and roadmap, and translate business and operational needs into clearly defined user stories with acceptance criteria. In this role, you will work closely with business partners and subject matter experts to understand end‑to‑end processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure our digital experience solutions solve real problems for customers. You will balance near‑term delivery with longer‑term product goals and make informed trade‑off decisions that maximize value and support strategic outcomes. Your work directly enables the delivery of high‑quality digital experience solutions that improve the end‑to‑end experience, strengthen operational efficiency, and ensure the Workplace Solutions Digital Experience platform continues to evolve in alignment with organizational priorities. |
