Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $155,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Lead technical delivery: Set direction, guide execution, and ensure the team delivers high‑quality call flow solutions and platform capabilities.
- Own call routing & APIs

Build AWS serverless apps: Develop Node.js/TypeScript services using tools like but not limited to AWS Lambda, CDK, S3, and DynamoDB to power scalable solutions.

Build modern front‑end experiences: Develop Vue.js/Nuxt.js components and user interfaces that integrate cleanly with serverless APIs.

Own call routing & APIs: Design and enhance Amazon Connect flows and develop secure, integrated REST APIs for omnichannel experiences.

Embed quality & reliability: Implement automated unit/integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices for security, observability, and operational excellence.

Mentor & collaborate: Coach engineers, review designs/code, and partner across teams to turn requirements into impactful outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
-
5 or more years of experience with hands‑on expertise building AWS serverless applications with Node.js/TypeScript.

Proficiency with AWS CDK, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and event‑driven patterns.

Practical expertise with Amazon Connect and NICE (CXone/inContact) call routing and delivery capabilities across both platforms

Strong experience building modern front‑end applications with Vue.js/Nuxt.js.

Strong API development/integration experience (design, security, performance). A track record of automated testing (unit, integration) and CI/CD integration.

Leadership skills to provide technical direction and ensure teams successfully deliver solutions.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

Experience with CloudWatch/X‑Ray, Step Functions, EventBridge, KMS, and least‑privilege IAM.

Familiarity with contact center analytics, workforce management, or quality monitoring.

Exposure to IaC patterns and platform engineering practices.
