WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
- Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce configurations.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to deliver high-quality, reliable applications that align with security best practices.

Provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce-related projects while adhering to Agile development methodologies.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

3 or more years of experience with proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework for developing custom business logic and user interfaces.

Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as SOQL and SOSL for data querying.

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for enhancing user interfaces and customizing Salesforce components.

Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control tools (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.

Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:

Experience designing and implementing data models to support complex business processes within Salesforce.

Knowledge of Salesforce security features, including user roles, profiles, and sharing rules, to ensure robust data protection.

Familiarity with writing test classes and implementing debugging strategies to maintain high-quality code standards.
