Join our innovative Health and Annuity Marketing team, where creativity, collaboration and forward-thinking strategies empower impactful digital media initiatives that engage customers throughout their journey. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the formulation and execution of digital media strategies that drive profitable growth. You’ll play a key role in campaign setup, optimization, and continuous improvement across paid search and other digital channels.

  • Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $86,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support campaign setup, quality assurance, and maintenance across platforms like Google and Bing.
  • Participate in developing digital media strategies, aligning campaigns to larger business objectives and driving customer acquisition.
  • Liaise with Legal & Compliance to ensure digital advertising assets meet regulatory and competitive standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and execute test plans for continuous improvemen.t

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience executing paid digital media campaigns (Paid Search preferred).
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising principles, including search optimization, display, affiliate, email, social, and mobile tactics.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with data to translate business objectives into paid media execution and optimization.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with bid management platforms and/or paid search publishers (e.g., SA360).
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
