Join a team where your marketing leadership makes a real impact. In this role, you’ll develop and optimize strategies to engage end customers of Life Insurance Solutions segment. You’ll be responsible for delivering on measurable business outcomes such as persistency/retention, cross-sell/deepening, adoption and experience improvement.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, messaging, and materials across channels. With a focus on results, you’ll define success metrics, manage key internal and external relationships, and continuously refine strategies to keep performance strong.

  • Estimated Salary: $123,000- $165,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies and lead the execution of plans and tactics—defining audience segments, setting goals, crafting messaging, and continuously optimizing based on performance.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and autonomy to succeed.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across product, sales, policyowner services, claims and more—aligning marketing efforts with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, communications, analytics, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment, compliance, and strategic integration.
  • Oversee budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring marketing investments are optimized and partnerships are productive.
  • Contribute to broader segment strategy, annual planning, budgeting, and internal communications.
  • Stay abreast on market, audience, and industry trends—translating insights into forward-thinking marketing strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies that drive meaningful results.
  • Lead and inspire teams through change—coaching, developing, and holding them accountable for success.
  • Build strong relationships and influence across teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflict effectively.
  • Combines creative thinking with analytical insight to build innovative marketing strategies—always focused on outcomes, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Bring working knowledge of sales, product, operations, and financials; experience in financial services or insurance is a strong plus.
  • Develops business cases, tracks performance, and manages budgets and resources to meet goals.
  • Communicates complex strategies clearly and persuasively to senior leaders, teams, and external partners.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
