Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Supervisor of Account Executives to lead a high-performing brokerage team specializing in annuity and long-term care (LTC) products. In this role, you’ll drive exceptional service delivery, support sales performance, and ensure alignment with key distribution objectives. You will oversee daily operations, manage workflow and quality standards, and partner closely with Sales leadership to advance strategic initiatives across the annuity and LTC space. We’re looking for a proactive leader with strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and a solid background in insurance or financial services who is committed to developing talent and elevating team results.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Base Salary: Minimum: $65,000-$85,000, plus incentive-based sales plan.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Leads the execution and monitoring of objectives, standards, and business plans for the Account Executive team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversees daily workflow, call activity, and resource allocation to meet or exceed distribution, financial, and production targets; drives process improvements and corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitors performance for quality and productivity, delivering clear, data-driven reporting to leadership with the ability to identify and analyze trends and opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the team.
  • Partners with Sales Managers to support sales initiatives, including developing presentations, training materials, and strategic account support.
  • Builds and develops an engaged, high-performing team through coaching, training, clear expectations, and leadership development; contributes to short-term tactical planning and supports long-range organizational initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Strong interpersonal and human relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated judgment and expertise in communication, planning, negotiation, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Experience or proven aptitude in selling health, annuity, LTC, or other insurance products, with familiarity across multiple distribution channels.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales or client service within the financial services industry.
  • Ability to train and develop new and existing team members.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.
