As Supervisor, Policyowner Services, you’ll lead a group of frontline professionals responsible for servicing policyholders and supporting our insurance operations. You’ll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring efficient, compliant processes are in place.

  • Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $77,000 plus annual bonus opportunity,
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of frontline associates, creating a strong, customer-focused culture.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure service standards and compliance requirements are met.
  • Use data and feedback to drive performance, improve processes, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with teams across the organization (Underwriting, Claims, etc.) to align on goals and priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Support and lead projects that enhance the customer and associate experience.
  • Champion change and lead your team through evolving business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience managing or supervising a team, ideally in a customer service environment
  • A passion for developing people—helping others grow is a key part of who you are
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategy
  • Comfort with change and the ability to lead a team through evolving priorities
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Background in insurance and/or financial services.
