This role combines traditional manager responsibilities with specialized duties related to the ethical, secure and effective use of Generative AI technologies. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $165,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Enable Responsible AI Use: Establish and enforce policies for the ethical, secure, and compliant use of Generative AI technologies across the enterprise. 

  • Promote Innovation and Readiness: Champion AI enablement, foster ongoing training, and implement monitoring frameworks to ensure responsible and informed use of emerging technologies. 

  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Manage and develop a high-performing IS team to deliver reliable, efficient, and secure IT services organization-wide. 

  • Drive Strategic IT Vision: Align technology strategy with business goals, ensuring IT investments support growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. 

  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Safeguard IT infrastructure and AI systems through robust security practices and adherence to regulatory standards. 

  • Manage Budgets and Projects: Oversee IT budgets and lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and cost efficiency. 

  • Build Vendor and Stakeholder Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to enhance technology outcomes and drive AI governance. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or technology leadership, with at least 2 years in a role involving Generative AI or related responsibilities. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.  

  • Strong Leadership and Strategic Execution: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, drive strategic IT and AI initiatives, and manage cross-functional projects from concept to completion. 

  • AI Operations and Risk Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and the ethical, privacy, and security considerations essential to responsible AI implementation. 

  • Outstanding Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and build alignment across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska.

PREFERRED:

  • Master’s degree in a technology related field.
