Join Mutual of Omaha as an Inbound Sales Consultant and turn inbound calls into closed deals. In our fast-paced Direct Sales Center, you won't be handling service calls. Instead, you'll connect with motivated inbound prospects, assess their needs, overcome objections, and recommend insurance solutions that help protect what matters most.

Hours of Operation
Our Direct Sales Center operates:
- Monday - Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. CST
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST
Schedules are assigned based on business needs, so flexibility is required.
Training Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST
- Training Start Date: Thursday, October 22
Post-Training Schedules
Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules, assigned based on business needs:
- 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday
- 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday, plus a rotating Saturday every 5 weeks
- 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday, plus a rotating Saturday every 5 weeks
- 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday, plus a rotating Saturday every 5 weeks
