Mutual of Omaha is seeking a full-time Finance Analyst to join our Cash Receipts team. In this role, you'll support critical financial operations by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of cash transactions, reconciliations, and banking activities while partnering across the organization to drive operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and continuous improvement. This position supports cash management, cash receipt processing, account reconciliations, and banking operations. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, performing account analysis and reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies, supporting month-end close activities, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting. Hybrid Work Arrangement: This position requires in-office attendance one day per week beginning in mid-September 2026, increasing to three days per week when our new office location opens in April 2027. |
