As a Business Systems Analyst focused on APIs, you will play a key role in advancing mission-critical capabilities that support the future of Workplace Solutions. This role blends business analysis, technical problem solving, API solutioning, and testing to help deliver reliable, scalable solutions for our Benefit Administrator partners. You will collaborate with business and technology teams, connect end-to-end system behavior to business outcomes, and help shape solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and the customer experience. |

PREFERRED:
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as Karate, including the ability to design, execute, and maintain automated API test scripts that enhance test coverage, streamline validation, and improve software quality and reliability.
- Experience supporting secure and accurate employee and benefit data exchanges with technical third-party Benefit Administrator partners through API integrations.
- Prior experience working in the insurance industry.
