Are you a new business operations expert who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and partnering across teams? We’re looking for a Business Systems Consultant I to support and enhance Long Term Care and Supplemental Health business operations, workflows, and systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product teams, sales partners, operations, and technology teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary:  $75,500 - $97,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and improve new business workflows and processes
  • Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Support system enhancements, testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities
  • Collaborate with new business operations, product, sales, and vendor partners on cross-functional initiatives
  • Help lead communication, training, and change management efforts related to process and system updates

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of case management or new business operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of supplemental health products including long term care, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Understanding of new business processing timelines, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.
  • Established relationships with health product teams and sales partners.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working in Agile or project-based environments.
  • Insurance or financial services industry experience.
  • Exposure to process improvement, workflow analysis, or business systems support.
  • Experience supporting testing, implementation, or change management activities.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or operational excellence practices.
