We are hiring a Voluntary Benefit Support Specialist. This role supports our Workplace Solutions enrollment division. In this role you will be responsible for coordination of enrollments, including staffing, logistical coordination, budget and invoice management. You will play a key role in supporting annual Voluntary Benefit sales and profit goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • You will coordinate with leadership to administer the process by which enrollment requests are received, including internal system input and support assignment, expense entry, invoice auditing and processing for all new and existing customers enrolling in our voluntary, worksite and employer-paid products. 
  • Assist in designing, organizing and facilitating the enrollment coordination process for all case sizes to meet customer needs and maximize employee participation, including service of internal and external customer requests, and resolution of issues, while maintaining budget guidelines. 
  • Consult and communicate with our enrollment firm partners, brokers, employers, field sales offices, Regional Engagement Managers/Consultants to determine specialized customer benefit communication needs.
  • Coordinates the development and delivery of enrollment materials. Maintains understanding of the enrollment process with an emphasis on critical skills including product knowledge, case set-up, internal processes, budget guidelines, service offerings and material offerings. In coordination with support areas, assists in developing new learning programs for the business area, standard operating procedures and Sharepoint maintenance and may include assisting in new hire onboarding. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Effective planning and organizational skills, sound judgment, strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills and current experience working with MS Office Suite, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time; valid Driver's License required

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Working knowledge and understanding of voluntary, worksite product enrollment procedures
  • Working knowledge of Group Insurance products and services
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
