We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer who loves building fast, polished web experiences that make customers want to stick around. You’ll be hands-on improving performance (think quicker loads, lower bounce, better conversion) while crafting clean, accessible UI with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—and partnering with the wider team to turn ideas into features that ship. You’ll also get to flex beyond the browser by working with PHP-backed services and APIs, helping us push more logic into the right place, improve resilience with solid error handling, and keep things maintainable through reusable components and smart automation. If you’re excited about making real product impact (including upcoming work like bringing customer reviews into the experience to build trust), you’ll fit right in. This is a key role in shaping our public-facing web experiences, including the MutualofOmaha.com marketing and individual life pages. From improving page speed and conversion to launching new features like customer reviews that build trust, your work will directly influence how customers engage with our brand. |
