| Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company has an immediate full-time opening in our Statutory Reporting and Analysis department for an experienced, self-motivated, detail and results-oriented State Reporting Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of department of insurance state filings and compliance. This position will actively participate in an environment that embraces change and innovation, learning, and interactive feedback while adhering to finance policies, procedures, and internal controls. This role will play a key part in driving the improvement, standardization, and automation of the state reporting process, including the implementation of new tools and technologies (including AI). The position will work cross‑functionally with business partners and own the design and execution of a transformative state reporting initiative, while continuing to ensure accurate and timely regulatory compliance. |
