Investment Management Operation is looking to hire a highly motivated person to support senior leadership in all aspects of communication, strategic planning, change management, organizational development and operational effectiveness. In this highly visible and impactful role, you’ll help shape the culture and future of a dynamic and growing department, leveraging your extraordinary communication skills and ability to influence others.  You’ll manage information flow, develop, and execute comprehensive communication plans for both internal and external audiences, develop curriculum to enhance competencies across the department, and engage in a range of other functions, including but not limited to, event planning and personnel management. As you develop in this multifaceted position, your scope of influence and responsibility will expand.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $110,000-$125,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support effective communication between senior leadership and the broader organization, including coordinating information related to complex or sensitive topics, and assisting in the development and execution of communication plans.
  • Work with senior leaders and management teams to prioritize strategic and department projects and initiatives in support of business objectives, including facilitation of strategic planning and budgeting processes within the department.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for departmental initiatives, including coordination of training, recruitment, resources, and related activities.
  • Develop appropriate curriculum to further enhance the competencies, knowledge and experience of the department, including an associate onboarding framework and other programs to support strategic objectives.
  •  Coordinate internal meetings (e.g., department wide, operational, and strategy updates), including agenda preparation, content coordination, and presentation development.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others, foster teamwork and create a motivating environment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and provide recommendations to others.
  • Strong judgment and strategic thinking, as well as ability to bring new, unique and creative ideas to the department.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment. 

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in formal education and/or adult learning techniques and curriculum development.
  • Previous budget and metric analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of the fixed income investment management industry.
