We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in JavaScript, AWS, and Snowflake to design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions that power business decision-making. In this role, you will build scalable dashboards and reporting systems, develop modern data pipelines, and leverage cloud-based technologies to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions, while also mentoring team members and promoting best practices in data engineering, reporting, and automation. This position requires strong experience in SQL, data modeling, and ELT processes, along with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies such as AI-driven tools to enhance performance and scalability.

- Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with strong knowledge of dbt and hands-on experience in data modeling and modern ELT processes, leveraging AWS and Snowflake for scalable data transformation and integrating JavaScript where applicable.
- Leverage AI-driven tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Snowflake Cortex, along with AWS services and JavaScript-based automation, streamline reporting processes, improve efficiency, scalability, and ensure alignment with enterprise data governance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with experience using SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and JavaScript, supported by AWS and Snowflake platforms to build reports and drive business insights.
- delivering data solutions utilizing Snowflake, AWS, and JavaScript-enabled technologies in complex environments.
- Proven expertise in report and process automation using JavaScript, AWS services, and Snowflake to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Solid understanding of data validation, quality controls, and relational databases including Teradata, Snowflake, DB2, and SQL, with experience managing data pipelines in AWS and integrating JavaScript solutions where needed.
- Background in business analysis and business intelligence, with familiarity in data security, risk management, and strategic data management across AWS and Snowflake ecosystems.
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Snowflake Cortex.
- Advanced experience with JavaScript, AWS, and Snowflake
