In this role, you’ll spend your day partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and technical specifications. You’ll support Agile teams by refining backlogs, validating solutions through testing, and ensuring enhancements align with business goals. Your work helps deliver reliable system improvements that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable the organization to better support its customers and employees. 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):     
    • Business Systems Analyst II: $60,000 - $68,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.    
    • Business Systems Analyst III: $68,000 - $80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.    
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, facilitating discovery sessions and translating needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria within Jira. 
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and functional specifications, ensuring development teams clearly understand scope, business intent, and system impacts. 
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts, supporting system, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements. 
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, driving clarity, documenting workflows and process improvements, and ensuring delivered solutions align with stakeholder expectations. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Project Management roles gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. 
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders, translating needs into clear documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. 
  • Experience converting business requirements into technical requirements to support development teams and ensure solutions align with business objectives. 
  • Familiarity working in Agile or project-based environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting backlog management, documentation, and delivery of system enhancements.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
