The Product Line Wholesaler is responsible for driving sales results across our Life and Annuity product lines within the Advisor Network Sales organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with financial advisors and field leadership to identify opportunities, build momentum, and win business. We’re looking for a highly motivated, sales professional who thrives on competition, knows how to influence and close, and is energized by travel and face‑to‑face advisor engagement. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000, plus commission. 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and execute sales strategies for the Life and Annuity product lines, identifying market opportunities and driving profitable growth across the Advisor Sales distribution network.
  • Proactively target key offices and high‑potential Advisors to generate significant sales results through tailored initiatives, joint work, and field engagement.
  • Partner directly with Advisors and clients in face‑to‑face consultations to support case development, positioning strategies, and effective sales applications.
  • Design, deliver, and facilitate impactful sales training—both in the field and virtually—covering underwriting, prospecting, case design, sales language, presentation, closing, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field leadership, wholesalers, and agents while collaborating with internal partners to ensure sales goals, training alignment, and product-line performance objectives are met. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Active Life & Health Insurance Licenses with proven experience selling and supporting Life and Annuity products.
  • Proven experience in Life and Annuity sales, with a strong track record of driving results in agency distribution environments.
  • Working knowledge of agency distribution sales models, marketing strategies, and general business operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and product concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time to support advisors, joint work, training, and field sales activity.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
