In this role, you’ll spend your day partnering with Policyholders, Brokers, Underwriting, and internal teams to manage group implementations, resolve complex questions, and ensure accurate system setup, billing, and enrollment processes. You’ll proactively communicate, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects forward while balancing multiple priorities with precision. Your impact is significant—by delivering a seamless implementation experience and exceptional service, you directly strengthen client relationships, protect revenue, and uphold our organization’s reputation for reliability and excellence. 

We offer a formal training program to set our Implementation Consultants up for success starting May 1st. Training will last for 12 weeks. Training hours are 8-4:30pm CST 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $70,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Group Insurance Subject Matter Expert across product offerings, risk components, sales, implementation, service, and claims; leads sold case review, final rating, system setup (GSAP/UI), underwriting coordination, data validation, and distribution to back-office partners while ensuring proposal alignment and escalation of risk or rate discrepancies. 
  • Project & Process Improvement Lead, contributing to process and system design, testing, and optimization efforts; coordinates team support and subject matter contributions to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. 
  • Client Relationship & Implementation Owner, serving as the primary contact for Policyholders and Brokers throughout implementation; manages information gathering and sharing, contract creation, enrollment procedures, billing setup, quality checks, validation calls, welcome communications, and proactive issue resolution to deliver on service promises. 
  • Cross-Functional Issue Resolution & Service Excellence Champion, leveraging internal partnerships and data analysis to resolve inquiries and escalated issues; proactively communicates with impacted areas, conducts outbound outreach when needed, and turns service recovery situations into positive customer experiences while maintaining strong group office relationships. 
  • Leadership & Team Development Contributor, mentoring new team members, clarifying processes, supporting training efforts, managing change, building consensus, influencing outcomes, and driving accountability to meet team-specific time service and quality performance goals. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners, serving as a collaborative and reliable resource. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with sound judgment and the ability to think beyond existing processes to drive effective solutions. 
  • Thorough knowledge of Group Insurance products, systems, and distribution channels, with the ability to confidently navigate complex information. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive customer service, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and positive client experiences. 
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze details thoroughly, and maintain precision in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
