As a Group Enrollment Representative, you’ll spend your day retrieving tasks in our CARE system, working tasks from start to finish in a production environment. You will be held to production and quality metrics. Your day will consist of managing eligibility processing, analyzing billing accuracy, and resolving customer and broker inquiries with efficiency and care. By ensuring data accuracy, compliance with contracts, and clear communication, you’ll help maintain strong relationships and directly support the organization’s ability to deliver reliable, high-quality service to policyholders.  

Training begins April 13, 2026 and will be held 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time (CT).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Handles eligibility processing, responds to customer inquiries by investigating and resolving issues, and meets production, quality, and time service requirements while maintaining confidentiality. 
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with company personnel to ensure successful program implementation and delivery. 
  • Evaluates and maintains the eligibility of certificate holders for enrollment to support claims, ensuring compliance with policyholder contracts and legal requirements. 
  • Communicates with policyholders and brokers to obtain necessary information, educates them on contract provisions, resolves eligibility and billing issues, and provides daily management updates on workload and inventory. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Excellent customer service and human relations skills with good verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Ability to effectively convey instructions and information to associates and customers. 
  • Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, creativity, and flexibility. 
  • Proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft applications, typing, data entry, and operating a computer keyboard and calculator accurately and attentively. 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. 
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States. Candidates located in Omaha may work in a hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week in office).
