As a Group Enrollment Representative, you’ll spend your day retrieving tasks in our CARE system, working tasks from start to finish in a production environment. You will be held to production and quality metrics. Your day will consist of managing eligibility processing, analyzing billing accuracy, and resolving customer and broker inquiries with efficiency and care. By ensuring data accuracy, compliance with contracts, and clear communication, you’ll help maintain strong relationships and directly support the organization’s ability to deliver reliable, high-quality service to policyholders. Training begins April 13, 2026 and will be held 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time (CT). |
