WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $92,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.  
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design, develop, and deliver initial, ongoing, and refresher training using adult learning principles to meet learning objectives, enhance performance, and address identified training needs. 
  • Maintain and update training materials, procedures, and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with departmental goals; collaborate with management to design and support development initiatives. 
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through observations, feedback, and data analysis; prepare evaluations, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology-based solutions where appropriate. 
  • Monitor and assess service quality and staff performance, providing coaching, feedback, and reports to management; handle escalated issues or appeals as needed to ensure adherence to standards and regulations. 
  • Stay current on company products, services, and industry regulations, participate in special projects, claims overflow, and ensure adequate staffing coverage to support operational excellence. 
  • Mentor and coach associates on block management and outliers to support knowledge retention, address performance challenges, and reinforce learning and business objectives.  
  • Provide hands-on coaching and daily support. Guiding through block management and identifying outliers. Actively partner with associates during their workflow to reinforce learning, build confidence, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • One plus year of PFML Training, mentoring, and/or processing experience within a claims environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance products and processes. 
  • Proven experience developing and delivering quality training programs and materials across various environments, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on decision-making, organization, and continuous process improvement.

  • Strong technical proficiency utilizing multiple claims processing systems.
  • Skilled in managing business system integrations and meeting deadlines under pressure.
