As our Advisor Network Director & Actuary, you’ll blend actuarial expertise with business strategy—helping ensure that capital investments, financial reporting, and long-term initiatives are effectively measured, well-communicated, and positioned for success. You’ll lead a team focused on financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment while collaborating with Finance, Treasury, and other partners across the company.

  • Estimated Total Compensation: The total compensation for this role is based on target earnings of approximately $290,000, which includes a base salary and a variable incentive component tied to performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead & Develop a Team: Plan, staff, and guide a team focused on Advisor Network financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
  • Drive Financial Insights: Coordinate all financial data and analysis for the Advisor Network—monitor profitability and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate on Capital Strategy: Serve as the primary liaison with Finance and Treasury to ensure the Advisor Network’s capital needs are met and sustained.
  • Model & Evaluate: Oversee the development and maintenance of models for valuation, planning, and risk analysis.
  • Communicate Results: Translate complex actuarial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and non-technical partners.
  • Support Risk Management: Provide analysis and recommendations to align risk management with enterprise goals and market conditions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and relevant actuarial experience.
  • A strong mix of actuarial expertise and business creativity—able to identify ways to lower risk or increase return.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance products, investments, valuation techniques, and stochastic modeling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and advocate across levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex ideas and drive action.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
