MOIS Business Systems Analyst- Omaha, NE (Hybrid)

Contributes to daily MOIS and MOMCO call center activities, including providing support and consultation on complex questions to Registered Reps and clients. Utilizes AI tools to enhance support and streamline processes.

By leveraging advanced artificial intelligence tools, the Business Systems Analyst III enhances the overall efficiency of support functions and streamlines complex processes. These AI-driven solutions facilitate smarter workflow automation, enable data-driven decision making, and help quickly identify areas for improvement within team operations. Through the integration of innovative technologies, the specialist can anticipate service needs, address challenges proactively, and ensure that representatives receive timely and accurate assistance, thereby elevating both productivity and satisfaction across the organization.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary: $75,000-$90,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Efficiently and effectively responds to calls and emails coming from advisors and clients into the MOIS rep support queue and inbox and Mutual of Omaha Marketing Corp inbox. Serves as a point of contact for MOIS for both client and advisors.
• Utilizes natural language processing and AI-powered tools to automate customer service interactions, streamline administrative tasks, and enhance internal advisor-facing resources.
• Provides proactive service and support, and training to advisors and clients using various formats, ensuring accurate product knowledge and business process guidance.
• Collaborates with departments to resolve issues and obtains producer feedback to continuously improve business and marketing strategies.
• Acts as a primary resource for securities products, efficiently processes orders, and supports new representatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Series 7 registration as a FINRA General Securities Representative within 120 days or after up to three Series 7 and 63 exam attempts, with eligibility to register in all required states.
• Advanced knowledge of securities products, financial services industry, and compliance issues including FINRA/SEC regulations.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies to enhance job functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and ongoing education requirements.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

• Registration as an Investment Advisor Representative, including FINRA Series 66 (or 63/65) certifications.
• Advanced knowledge of investment products, including relevant estate laws and IRS regulations.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technologies to support investment advisory functions.
