Call Center Supervisor, Individual Underwriting - Remote

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary: $74,000.00 Middle: $96,000.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead & Develop Teams – Manage staffing, performance, and growth opportunities while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Drive Operational Excellence – Promote continuous improvement, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional customer experience through effective workflow management.
• Strategic Planning & Execution – Contribute to business planning, set and deliver team goals, and provide expertise on process improvements and system enhancements.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Anticipate issues, implement corrective actions, resolve escalations, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and business regulations.
• Effective Communication & Relationships – Build strong partnerships with internal teams, salesforce, brokers, and external partners while modeling clear, professional communication.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• High-Volume Call Center Experience – Proven ability to perform and lead effectively in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Analytical & Reporting Abilities – Proven skills in data analysis, reporting, and statistical interpretation with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Strong Communication Skills – Clear and professional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Technical Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office and other business applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, and presentations.
• Collaboration & Influence – Builds strong relationships, resolves issues effectively, and promotes compliance in a fair, team-oriented environment.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

• Bilingual Advantage – Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to serve diverse customers and teams.
• Leadership & Workforce Management – Proven experience supervising teams, driving performance, and managing workforce operations effectively.
• Industry Expertise – Background in the insurance industry with extensive product and distribution knowledge.
