What We Can Offer You

Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):

Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

Engineer III: $130,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Lead modernization of systems that compose, assemble, and deliver secure, personalized business communications

Design and integrate scalable, secure, and personalized customer communication solutions

Collaborate across teams within Enterprise Capabilities to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions

Mentor and guide other engineers to grow skills in modern frameworks and best practices

Balance modernization initiatives with legacy system support to ensure continuity and reliability

Strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise software solutions

Ability to quickly adopt new frameworks and technologies in a fast-evolving environment

Proven problem-solving skills and experience guiding technical decisions with clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strategic mindset for balancing modernization efforts with business needs

Knowledge of event-driven architecture, APIs, or message queues
