We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Security Business Systems Analyst to support our team in achieving defined business objectives and strategy. In this role, you will assist in formulating effective business solutions by conducting in-depth research, performing data and fact analysis, and validating key information. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the optimization and implementation of physical security systems and processes.

  • Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $30.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, participating in solution implementation and support, while applying knowledge of departmental processes, workflows, and compliance needs.    
  • Contribute to the development of test plans and scripts; perform manual or automated testing to validate enhancements, upgrades, and system maintenance against business and technical requirements.    
  • Support vendor relationship management by fulfilling requests and maintaining communication, while also working closely with internal business partners to align on goals and priorities.   
  • Help develop and deliver communication and training materials for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of business changes or new systems. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned business areas and industry trends, while working within Agile frameworks to drive decision-making, team alignment, and business value delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Skilled in using contemporary business analysis methodologies, tools, and project management practices to support business objectives.   
  • Understands both business needs and technical processes, with the ability to align solutions that meet or exceed desired outcomes.   
  • Able to adapt in fast-paced environments and contribute to continuous process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.  
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders and business partners.  
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong prioritization, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Physical Security skills/experience
  • Process improvement
  • Familiarity with test and process automation
  • Quantitative, statistical, data analysis and interpretative skills
