The Lead Business Learning Consultant will supervise two instructional designers and collaborate closely with the L&D Operations Supervisor to drive consistency, innovation, and excellence across all learning programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in instructional design, strong project management capabilities, and a proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Estimated Salary: Minimum: $74,000 - $95,500, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with business goals. 
  • Manage and mentor a team of two instructional designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support. 
  • Oversee the lifecycle of learning projects, including e-learning modules, ART programs, and other non-ART initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess learning needs and translate them into effective learning strategies. 
  • Ensure learning solutions are engaging, accessible, and measurable, leveraging best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design. 
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve based on feedback and performance metrics. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role. 
  • Proven experience managing learning projects from concept to completion. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with ART learning methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with agile project management practices. 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in learning analytics and performance measurement.
