The Lead Business Learning Consultant will supervise two instructional designers and collaborate closely with the L&D Operations Supervisor to drive consistency, innovation, and excellence across all learning programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in instructional design, strong project management capabilities, and a proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: Minimum: $74,000 - $95,500, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with business goals.
Manage and mentor a team of two instructional designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support.
Oversee the lifecycle of learning projects, including e-learning modules, ART programs, and other non-ART initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess learning needs and translate them into effective learning strategies.
Ensure learning solutions are engaging, accessible, and measurable, leveraging best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve based on feedback and performance metrics.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
Proven experience managing learning projects from concept to completion.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

Experience with ART learning methodologies.
Familiarity with agile project management practices.
Data-driven mindset with experience in learning analytics and performance measurement.
