Join the Enterprise Identity and Access Management Services team to help design and maintain secure identity management solutions that protect Mutual of Omaha and its customers, while empowering users through self-service and automation. We are seeking a developer with SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise to build, integrate, and support identity technologies such as IdentityIQ, Okta, and their related infrastructure components. This role also involves creating technical documentation and ensuring solutions align with regulatory compliance standards.

  • Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Development and Integration: Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ components including backend infrastructure, workflows, role onboarding, and rule development. Build and integrate connectivity between SailPoint and directory services using internal tools. Support identity solutions using Java, scripting, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server). 

  • Collaboration and Support: Partner with SailPoint Administrators and external teams to integrate remote systems for identity certification and lifecycle management. Collaborate with business and IS teams to deliver high-quality and secure identity solutions.  

  • Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain architectural diagrams and technical documentation. Ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements.  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including backend infrastructure, workflows, and rule creation. 

  • Strong understanding of directory services and integrating identity solutions with internal tools 

  • Proficiency in Java, scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell), and using SQL with relational databases. 

  • Experience building and accessing APIs. 

  • Ability to produce and maintain architectural diagrams and technical documentation.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).  

  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG). 

  • Demonstrated leadership, business judgment, and ability to operate independently within team and organizational guidelines.
