In this role, you’ll spend your day collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality standards into workflows, lead process improvements, and drive alignment across business and tech initiatives. You'll guide teams through change, mentor best practices, and create visibility through meaningful metrics and dashboards. Your work directly impacts the organization by elevating operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

  • Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead, collaborate, and drive the development and implementation of our quality assurance program to embed best practices and rigor in every stage of our Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Take the lead on exciting cross-functional projects, guiding matrixed teams and driving real change through process improvements and innovation. 
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to shape a quality assurance program that truly makes a difference in operational excellence. 
  • Partner with delivery, product, and support teams to bring quality to life in every step of the development lifecycle—from planning to execution. 
  • Champion the use of metrics, templates, and best practices that create transparency, consistency, and a culture of accountability. 
  • Be a key driver of change by working with training and communication teams to ensure smooth rollouts and high-impact adoption of new programs. 
  • Inspire others by sharing your knowledge—through coaching, workshops, and quality-focused communities of practice that support team growth. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, or program/project management within software development, with 3–5 years in senior leadership overseeing diverse teams and fostering collaboration and operational excellence. 
  • Proven success in developing or managing quality programs, particularly in regulated or standards-driven industries. 
  • Strategic, critical thinker with a strong ability to align technology with business needs, industry trends, and market dynamics. 
  • Known for exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex technical ideas and influence at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong relationship-builder with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering structured results in ambiguous environments. 
  • Skilled in process documentation, metrics, and dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Jira. 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Experience in group insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry. 
  • Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools (qTest, Jira, Selenium, Karate) 
  • Prosci or other change management certifications.
