Provides support for all MOIS Registered Reps, Investment Advisor Reps, and clients in the areas of operational procedures and technology solutions. Ensures we are providing the highest level of customer satisfaction by initiating operations and technology training, problem resolution and/or corrective action in an efficient and effective manner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Promotes a high level of customer service focus that supports MOIS goals and strategies. This includes all components of business processing activities for retail and investment advisory accounts through Pershing's cleaning platform and direct with MOIS product sponsors.
  • Addresses escalated inquiries timely, ensuring proper resolution and the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Coordinates with applicable departments to discuss and update procedures as needed to prevent future occurrences.
  • Supports MOIS representative with all standard operational procedures including form requirements, business submission and issue resolution. This is accomplished through inbound and outbound call and email communications.
  • Assists MOIS representative to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve internal and third party system application issues. Initiates problem resolution and/or corrective action in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assesses individual/group training needs. Plans, develops, and delivers operational and technology training as required. Training formats include: webinars, conference calls and occasional onsite education. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Series 7 or Series 1, Series 63 or Series 66 Registration as a FINRA General Securities Representative with the ability to become licensed in the required state(s). Ability to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and remain bonded for these licenses
  • Knowledge of general securities products and financial services industry as well as an general understanding of compliance issues and FINRA/SEC regulations governing securities products.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical information and concepts regarding investment products.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and motivate producers.
  • You help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department and the larger organization. You value different ideas and opinions. You listen courageously and remain curious in all that you do. You support MOIS representatives with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

  • FINRA Series 24.
  • Registration as a FINRA General Securities Principal.
  • Registration as an Investment Advisor Representative.
  • Considerable knowledge of the investment products.
  • Knowledge of estate laws and IRS regulations related to investment products.
