The Mutual of Omaha Financial Development Program (FDP) is a 3-year rotational program designed to provide graduates in Finance, Accounting, and related majors with the core competencies needed to become well-rounded professionals. Each 12-month rotation provides hands-on experience in a challenging role that complements your background and skillset and prepares you to be a future business leader. Each associate is eligible for promotion upon graduation from the program.

Program Overview

Through the Mutual of Omaha Financial Development Program, you'll have the chance to experience and learn from one of several functions within finance and accounting such as finance operations, financial reporting, corporate development, data strategy, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, capital management, treasury, and enterprise risk management.
