The Vice President, Institutional Sales Strategy provides strategic leadership in the development and execution of innovative, value-added solutions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term customer retention across the Institutional Solutions segment. The Institutional Solutions segment includes Institutional Annuity products such as Pension Risk Transfer and Structured Settlements, as well as Institutional Investment products such as Funding Agreement Backed Notes and Stable Value contracts. This role partners closely with senior leadership to shape and communicate product and sales strategies, leveraging customer insights and market trends to enhance customer experience and deliver competitive solutions. Responsible for directing and optimizing departmental initiatives, the VP ensures effective execution of business strategies, operational excellence, and alignment with enterprise financial objectives while fostering a high-performing, results-driven culture. This role is hybrid with travel expectations of up to 50% of the time in Omaha, NE. Relocation assistance is available if interested. |
