Are you a relationship-driven sales leader who knows how to grow strategic partnerships and drive annuity distribution at a national level? We’re looking for a National Accounts Director – Annuities to lead distribution strategy for key financial institution relationships, and help position our organization as a carrier of choice in the marketplace.

In this role, you’ll partner across sales, product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities, expand partnerships, and deliver meaningful revenue results.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000, plus incentive-based compensation plan.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and execute distribution strategies for annuity products across key national accounts and enterprise partners.
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with financial institutions.  
  • Identify emerging distribution opportunities and develop strategic plans that drive sales growth and long-term partnership success.  
  • Negotiate and manage selling agreements, onboarding efforts, and partnership expansion initiatives.  
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support partner needs and enhance market competitiveness.  
  • Deliver market insights, competitive intelligence, business requirements, forecasting, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.  
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment.  
 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 7+ years of experience in annuity distribution, national accounts, financial services sales, or related relationship management roles.  
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level financial institution relationships and driving revenue growth.  
  • Strong understanding of BGA and IMO distribution channels and financial institution business requirements and decision-making processes.  
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.  
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn market insights into actionable distribution plans.  
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.  
  • Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events. 
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
  • Able to travel extensively (approximately 50-60% annually - travel reimbursed).
