Senior BI Platform & Enablement Engineer

We’re looking for a top-tier Senior BI Platform & Enablement Engineer to join our team and empower developers with best-in-class Business Intelligence tools. In this role, you’ll ensure our analytics ecosystem is secure, scalable, and high-performing, enabling teams across the organization to turn data into meaningful insights.

You’ll lead the modernization and optimization of our reporting and analytics platforms, helping developers deliver impactful, business-facing solutions. This goes far beyond traditional systems administration, it’s about driving real business value, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering innovative capabilities that shape our future.

As a key partner to both internal stakeholders and external vendors, you’ll help influence our technology strategy while providing expert guidance to keep our BI tools running at peak performance and ready to scale for what’s next.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
  • Engineer II: $115,000 - $135,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • Engineer III: $130,000 - $150,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
